Jeff Seal Homes

This past week we had the privilege of touring a couple of homes by Jeff Seal. They were absolutely gorgeous. Within Jeff Seal’s company, they do everything from the architectural design, engineering aspect, interior design, and they hire the teams to construct the homes. Jeff Seal actually gave us our tour and he was able to share with us every detail of the two homes with visited.
The first house we toured was under construction but was almost completed. The walls had already been sheet-rocked but none were painted or covered in wall coverings quite yet. However, we were still able to get a good feel of how the finished interior would look and feel   with the help of Jeff. He gave us the grand tour, and he expressed how the rooms would lay out and what their specific purposes would be.  Within this home, it had several rooms and bathrooms, as well as an enclosed courtyard with covered patio and an outside fireplace. It was truly an exceptional space to be in, and one day it will serve as a beautiful elegant home for a family.
The second house we toured was a mansion. It was approximately twelve thousand square feet and it had everything one could image in a house. Its design inspiration comes from Italian Villas mostly from the Renaissance period. This could be seen through the several domes within the house and the giant ceilings. This home only had two by four wall studs and no sheet rock; therefore, it still has about a year until construction will be complete.  After construction and the interior finishes are completed the place will also include a home theater, an underground pool, and many other exquisite design features.
Jeff Seal’s homes are absolutely amazing. They are carefully designed just as well as they are constructed. The tour was quite the treat and I hope to see more of his companies work in the future.
